Sean Kim is Vice President of Customer Experience at Port Logistics Group. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of helping e-commerce and omnichannel retailers with their post-checkout customer experience, which includes inventory management, technology, returns, and especially small parcel. In addition, he oversees account management for Enterprise Customers working with some of the fastest growing e-commerce brands on their global growth strategies.
Sean worked in a consultant capacity for Whiplash in 2018 and joined the company in January 2019. His vast background and experience scans over 20 years in the e-commerce, business development, logistics and user experience areas. Sean founded two companies, Overture Labs and Series X Media. He also managed the shipping and logistics customer experience at Zappos & Amazon, creating the “Free Overnight Shipping” program.
