Operations Update

Whiplash operations are open as required by customer demand at all US Gateway locations.

We are experiencing some minor delays in shipping from our NJ Gateway locations. Customers in these facilities may experience 1-2 day delays in outbound shipping as we limit the total number of associates in the buildings at one time.

We are not experiencing any significant delays in our other US Gateway locations.

Our operations and leadership teams are in regular communication with all customers to adjust our workforce to meet changing order volumes and requirements, and to update customers on any potential shipping delays.

We remain committed to enhanced distancing and hygiene protocols in all of our facilities to ensure the health and safety of our associates.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
