PLG operations are open as required by customer demand at all US Gateway locations.
We are experiencing some delays in shipping from our NJ Gateway locations as we train associates that may have transferred from another PLG facility, work through quarantine periods with existing staff, and maintain strict distancing protocols that slow overall processing. Customers in these facilities may experience 1-2 day delays in new order processing as we limit the total number of associates in the buildings at one time.
We are not experiencing any significant delays in our other US Gateway locations.
Our operations and leadership teams are in regular communication with all customers to adjust our workforce to meet changing order volumes and requirements, and to update customers on any potential shipping delays.
