Free Fly Apparel, an outdoor performance-clothing brand founded in 2010, was outgrowing its 3PL fulfillment provider. The digitally native brand required a 3PL that was steeped in the apparel industry and could manage an established retail distribution business as well as direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment orders.
The Charleston, S.C.-based company ships to 400 specialty retailers in the U.S.—often with high SKU counts and variable volumes— and a growing DTC customer base, many in the Southeast, who crave not only the freedom of the outdoors but a great customer experience.
