Today, I am pleased to announce that we are joining forces with Port Logistics Group, entering an official agreement to be acquired.

The last ten years have been an amazing journey for us at Whiplash, full of hard work, growth, and change. This new era promises to be equally exciting, and we can’t wait for what’s to come!

In PLG, we’ve found a partner that both believes in our vision and has the resources and experience to help us achieve our goals at scale. Together, we’re going to double-down on the best parts of Whiplash and leverage the opportunity to improve the areas that need it.

For our customers and network partners, we want to assure you that the Whiplash that you know and love is here to stay. CTO Mark Dickson and I will still be around setting product direction, while Heather McCormick and the rest of the admin team will be, as usual, making sure things run smoothly. Rest assured that shipping, receiving, and other daily activity will continue as usual, without disruption.
