Filters allow you to isolate a group of orders based on their contents, destination, shipping method, and so much more.
Want to see if Wednesday’s orders have shipped?
How about finding out what shipping methods were used for customers that bought a pair of jeans? Shipping to Australia. That included a maximum of 2 items. That shipped from London. That were placed on Shopify between March 1st and 4th. You get the idea– filters let you get into the details that drive your business.
However you’re trying to define a group, Search Filters have you covered.
We’ve created basic searches for you like Paused, Processing, and Shipped. But that’s just the beginning– you can create your own searches, and tag the ones you use the most with the new Favorites tool to keep them in easy reach.
Your searches are for your-eyes-only by default, but don’t worry! Searches are easy to share with the rest of your team.
You can also save a search as a Copy, as a Snapshot of it’s results today, and Exportin a variety of CSV formats. Awe, yeah!
Have a group of orders or items that all need the same action? Bulk Update is your new best friend. Add items, change shipping methods, Pause or Cancel orders and much, much more.
