Emergency surcharges

Several international carriers including DHL, Passport, and Asendia are implementing surcharges related to COVID-19. In some cases, these surcharges won’t be represented in postage estimates from the carrier before the package ships.

Whiplash will compare final invoiced charges to what was billed at the time of shipment, and reconcile the fees on your account within 60 days of shipment.

These fees will appear on your Statements, and we can provide documentation upon request.

At this time, most carriers have discontinued honoring stated average transit times. Please see your carrier’s website for more information.
