All incoming shipments will be quarantined for at least 3 days to ensure they can be safely received.

Due to flight restrictions, carriers are starting to see slowdowns in non-domestic package delivery. Freight and air service in the UK has also been reduced to minimal service levels.

March 16

At this time, Whiplash hasn’t been directly affected by the coronavirus pandemic and is operating as usual. We’ll update this post and send in-app alerts as the situation develops.

In the meantime, we’re all practicing social distancing. Our admin team already works remotely, and we expect customer support to go largely uninterrupted. At this time, all facilities remain open pending further information or recommendations from the CDC.

We recommend sellers suspend 1 and 2-day shipping while the situation develops. The virus can live on inanimate objects for 2–3 days, meaning slower shipping may slow the spread of the coronavirus. Let us know if you’d like help adjusting your shipping rules to reflect best practices.
