Many of you have been using Rules to manage your order and packing flow for quite some time. You’d reach out to our Support team, describe what you wanted, and trust that they got it right (which they did, because they’re awesome).
And while we’re still leaving Rule creation in their capable hands, we thought it was high time that you got to peek behind the curtain and confirm that everything’s wired up to your liking.
You can access Rules from the Customer Menu.
One more thing: You can now deactivate and reactivate Rules. No need to delete and re-create later!
